Taiwan.md Terminology Standardization

Contributed a terminology-focused content operation to Taiwan.md by expanding and cleaning structured term entries under data/terminology.

What I worked on

  • Added a large batch of new terminology entries across daily life, technology, transportation, geography, and social contexts.
  • Standardized Taiwan-vs-China wording fields (taiwan / china) to keep cross-variant language differences queryable and maintainable.
  • Fixed legacy character-form inconsistencies in existing entries to improve editorial consistency for Traditional Chinese usage.
  • Preserved a uniform metadata structure (category, subcategory, source, timestamps) for long-term collaboration and automation.

Why it matters

This work improves linguistic consistency and machine-readability at the data layer, which strengthens downstream editing workflows, AI retrieval quality, and multilingual content maintenance.
